What to do if the time on the Mi Dash Cam can't be set to year 2026 manually?
A new firmware version of the Mi Dash Cam will be released soon to optimize this issue. Please keep an eye out for update notifications in the Xiaomi Home App.
Before receiving the update notification, please refer to the following steps to synchronize the time through the Xiaomi Home App to adjust the device time:
1. Open the Xiaomi Home App.
2. Enter the dashcam interface.
3. Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner to enter the settings.
4. Tap [Settings].
5. Select [System time].
6. A prompt will appear asking "Do you want to synchronize to your phone's current time?", and tap [Confirm].
7. The dashcam time will synchronize successfully.
