1. A loose or damaged power cord can lead to operational failure. Please check whether the power cord is firmly plugged in and not damaged, and check whether the bottom power cord interface is loose.
2. Poor contact at the power supply terminals can lead to operational failure. Please use a dry soft cloth to wipe the top cover pogo pin and the conductive pillar on the base, and check whether the power contact pogo pin has poor contact, and the power contact shrapnel under the top cover handle is blocked by foreign matter.
3. Loose connections between the water pump outlet and the hose can lead to failure of water delivery. Please ensure the water pump outlet and hose outlet are tightly secured.
4. A blockage in the internal rotor of the water pump will lead to a failure in water output. Please check and clean the internal rotor of the water pump.
5. Ensure the device's firmware and the Xiaomi Home App are both updated to the latest versions to avoid any software-related issues.
6. Power off the device and turn it on again. Restarting the device can clear temporary software glitches.
7. Reset the device's Wi-Fi and then reconnect it to the Xiaomi Home App to see if it works normally again.
