If the Google Fast Pair pop-up does not appear when connecting the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you are using an international version of the phone. Google Fast Pair requires the device to have Google services installed and that you are signed in to a Google account. Confirm that your phone meets these requirements.
2. Google Fast Pair requires the phone to run Android 6.0 or above, have Bluetooth and location permissions enabled, and have Google Play Services available. If any of these conditions are not met, the pop-up can not appear.
3. Try resetting the earphones, deleting the earphones’ pairing record from your phone, and pairing again to see if the pop-up appears.
4. Ensure that both your earphones and phone are updated to the latest firmware and software versions.
5. If the issue persists, submit feedback through the Xiaomi Home App.
