If there is a delay in the audio on the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro, please refer to the information to troubleshoot:
1. Bluetooth earbuds transmit audio wirelessly, which requires compression, transmission, and decompression, resulting in a certain delay. After connecting the phone, you can go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> [Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro] >> turn on [LHDC] and [Low latency].
2. Different Bluetooth protocols have different latencies. Try using a protocol with better quality.
3. If multiple routers or Bluetooth devices are used around the Bluetooth earbuds at the same time, it will cause varying degrees of interference. Keep the earbuds close to the device and avoid connecting the earbuds to multiple devices at the same time.
4. A system firmware issue may cause sound delay. Ensure that both the earbuds' firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App are updated to the latest version.
5. The audio/video player is causing the sound delay. Try using a different player to see if the same problem occurs.
6. If the problem persists, please contact the local after-sales service.
