What to do if the door of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg won’t open?
If you need to open the door of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg, three conditions must be met:
1. The washing machine water level has reached a safe level.
2. The internal temperature has reached a safe level.
3. The remote control is off.
If the internal temperature is too high after the washing machine cycle has completed, wait for it to cool down before opening the door. If the door still cannot be opened, follow these steps:
1. Select the spin cycle, drain the water from the washing machine, press the pause button again, and then open the door.
2. Please check if the child lock function is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the child lock is activated. Please turn off the child lock, wait a few seconds, and then try opening the door again;
3. If the internal temperature is high, wait for it to cool down before opening the door.
4. Check if the remote control is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the remote control is turned on.
5. If you cannot wait for a long time, open the drain filter cover and remove the emergency drain plug to drain the water.
6. In an emergency, use a screwdriver to pull the emergency ring to open the door.

The emergency ring is for emergency use only. Do not use it outside of an emergency.
