When the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ has completed its cleaning task and returns to the base station to charge, the base station will automatically air-dry the mop pads. You can manually enable/disable this function.
If the mop pad of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ is still wet after drying, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. If the area or season you are in is relatively humid, the mop pad will not be completely dried. It is recommended to manually clean and dry it regularly to avoid long-term dampness and odor;
2. The air-dry need enough time to acquire desired effect. Please ensure the drying time is sufficient;
3. If the mop is not cleaned for a long time, the texture of the mop will deteriorate and the water absorption will be affected. It is recommended to replace the mop at 1-3 months;
4. Check whether the air drying channel is blocked;
5. The robot vacuum will lift the mop for air drying. Check whether the lifting function is normal. If the hardware is abnormal, please contact the local official after-sales service center for further assistance.
