How to do if the sound of the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro is intermittent or has noise?

Please troubleshoot according to the following methods:
1. If the distance between the phone and earbuds or between the two earbuds is too far, or if objects block the signal (such as walls), it will cause intermittent sound or noise. Bring the phone and earbuds closer together, keep the two earbuds close, and avoid signal obstruction;
2. The usage environment has signal interference or weak phone signal. Try using it in another environment or a place with good phone signal to compare if the same phenomenon occurs;
3. If there are objects nearby with strong electromagnetic interference, it will cause the other party to hear a low volume or noise. It is recommended to stay away from objects with strong electromagnetic interference such as microwaves and Wi-Fi routers during use;
4. If connected to a Xiaomi phone and there is occasional hissing or current noise when playing music, but it returns to normal when pausing the music or reinserting the earbuds into the charging case and wearing them again, please open the [Settings], tap [About phone] to upgrade the system to the latest version;
5. Reset the earbuds and restart the phone before pairing for use to see if it is normal;
