Why can't the Xiaomi router connect to 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi?

If the router can’t connect to 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi, please refer to the following troubleshooting solutions:
1. If the wireless terminal cannot detect the Wi-Fi signal but the wired terminal can, the router is generally not the problem. The issue lies with the wireless terminal. Please check the connection between the wired terminal and the wireless terminal;
2. If only a single device cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, it's recommended to restart the device and check the device's settings. If the device is a wireless computer, try enabling Wi-Fi 5 compatibility mode;
3. If all devices cannot connect, confirm whether the devices can detect the Wi-Fi network.
If the network is not detected, please refer to the following methods:
(1). Try restarting the router;
(2). Enter the router's backend to check if you hide the Wi-Fi;
(3). Try resetting the router.
4. If the device can detect the Wi-Fi but cannot connect, you can delete the Wi-Fi and try entering the password again to connect;
5. If a device can access the router's backend, try changing the router's encryption method to WPA2 strong encryption or no encryption;
6. If changing the encryption method does not work, check if a blacklist or whitelist is set in the router settings;
7. Try to disconnect the power supply and restart your router;
8. Reset and reconfigure the router;
9. If all the above does not resolve the issue, please contact after-sales support.
