What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band is lost?
If you can't find your Xiaomi Smart Band nearby, either at home or in the office, you can locate it within Bluetooth range: Open Mi Fitness App >> [Device] >> [System] >> [Find device]. When the band is connected to your phone, it will vibrate and emit a sound alert.
If your band is disconnected, this function won't be available.
Note:
The band must be charged and connected to Bluetooth to trigger the positioning function. Its lack of built-in GPS limits remote tracking.
However, if your Xiaomi Smart Band is lost outdoors or its exact location is unknown and it is disconnected from your phone, please bring your proof of purchase and contact the local police for further assistance.
