Why can I not receive the voicemail notifications?

The Xiaomi smartphones support receiving the voicemail notifications. Voicemail notifications immediately let you know when you’ve received a new message, so you don’t have to manually check your voicemail box. Whether for work, appointments, or personal matters, timely voicemail notifications ensure you don’t miss important updates or requests. If your phone doesn’t list voicemail, please refer to the following steps:
1. Contact your mobile service provider to downgrade to a basic voicemail service;
2. Check your voicemail settings.
