The REDMI Watch 5 supports the function of sleep mode, which is designed to monitor and enhance your sleep experience, measure the total time you spend asleep and provide a numerical sleep score or summary report in the morning.
To set up the Sleep mode, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the Mi Fitness APP;
2. Enter [Device];
3. Select [System];
4. Enter [Sleep mode] and set custom schedule time. Select to sync with the phone's schedule (for MIUI system) or customize the bedtime and wake-up time (for non-MIUI system), and wait for the watch to successfully sync.
