What to do if the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW300 fails to connect to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP?

For your reference, please try the following methods:
1. Please confirm whether the Wi-Fi account and password are correct;
2. Please keep the camera close to the router, or restart the router;
3. Please use a network cable for network connection, or change another network cable and try again;
4. Please check whether the mobile phone is connected to the network normally. You can try to connect a hotspot for testing. If the hotspot can be connected, it indicates that the Wi-Fi is malfunctioning. Please contact the Wi-Fi operator for further assistance;
5. Please reset the camera and try again.
Note:
For the camera that has already been bound, if you need to re-bind it (such as changing to another residence, changing network environment, or gifting the camera to someone else), the camera needs to be unbound (delete the camera on the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP) before re-binding.
