If the indicator flashes blue light and the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP shows “Device offline”, please try the following methods:
1. Check whether the network connection is normal. If you have changed the Wi-Fi name, password or connection location, please reset the camera and reconnect to the network;
2. Restart the router and keep the camera close to the router;
3. If the distance between the router and the camera is far and there are some walls between them, you can use a network cable for network connection. Please plug the network cable into the Ethernet port of the camera, the camera will switch to the wired network connection which doesn't need rebinding.
