Why doesn’t the weather area on the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 update automatically after switching cities?
If the region on the band is not automatically updated after switching cities, it is recommended that you re-sync in the Mi Fitness APP.
Android phone: Enter the Mi Fitness APP >> [Device] >> select [Weather] >> turn on [Weather updates];
iOS phone: Enter the Mi Fitness APP >> [Device] >> tap [Sync] and it can be refreshed.
Note:
After a period of time, the Weather APP prompts that the data has expired. When there is no data update, the weather update frequency of the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is updated every 30 minutes, and the Mi Fitness APP background needs to be kept alive during the update. If the Mi Fitness APP background is cleared, when the APP is opened again and the data synchronization is completed, the weather will also be updated to the latest.
