What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ shows a high water level warning in the cleaning tray?
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ is showing a high water level warning in the cleaning tray, it's likely that there is excess water in the tray that needs to be emptied.
If your Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ encounters this problem, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the cleaning bracket and rinse it thoroughly, then wipe it dry with a cloth;
2. Check if there is any blockage at the bottom of the cleaning bracket and wipe the inside of the Omni station with a dry cloth;
3. Put the cleaning bracket back into the Omni station;
4. Check if the seal of the wastewater tank is damaged and if the float ball in the wastewater tank has water inside. If there is damage or water inside, please contact customer service. If everything is normal, gently press the wastewater tank to ensure it is installed correctly;
5. Use the specified cleaning fluid for daily maintenance only. Do not use other cleaning agents or disinfectants;
6. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact after-sales service.
