Why does the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera BW500 have blurry pictures, no pictures or a halo in night vision?
By default, the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera BW500 will recognize the strength of the ambient light to switch between daytime and night vision monitoring modes.
For your reference, here is more information:
1. The camera installation location will affect the video shooting effect, for example installing in a location with sufficient night light will not open the night vision mode;
2. The front and side of the lens should avoid the glass, white walls and other reflective objects. Otherwise, it will cause the phenomenon that images are bright when objects are near the screen but dark or white when far away from the screen;
3. It is recommended to install the camera in the air without walls within 40cm above, below, left or right;
4. If the live broadcast image is blurry, please set the resolution according to your needs.

Please ensure that the camera lens is clean and dust-free and the lens angle is not blocked.
