Please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Please re-plug into the power socket properly;
2. Make sure to use the base that comes with the kettle;
3. If the kettle smells burnt, it is due to boil-dry protection. Leave the electric kettle to rest for a while after it has cooled down to a normal temperature;
4. Make sure the power button is not stuck. Press the power button again to check whether it can work normally;
5. Please replace the power outlet.
