A: If the water coming out of the Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro has an odor, please refer to the following steps to operate it:
1. After the rinsing mode, please rinse 3 raw water tanks for the Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro. Then rinse 3 tanks of raw water after the whole device has stood still for 24 hours;
2. If there’s an odor after a certain period of use, please check whether the filter life has expired, and replace the new filter;
3. If the filter is not used for long, please empty the water inside the tank and perform the rinse mode. After use, please rinse the device with three tanks of raw water.
