A: If your Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro can’t update the firmware while there’s an available firmware, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure the water dispenser is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, a weak or unstable connection can prevent firmware updates. Please do not use the public network;
2. Try restarting the water dispenser by unplugging it, waiting for a few seconds, and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues;
3. Please try replacing the hotspot with another network, such as another cell phone, and check if you can update the firmware after connecting.
4. As a last resort, you can try resetting the water dispenser to its factory settings. This will erase all settings and data, so use this option only if other methods don't work;
