A: Whenever the water tank is replaced, start by cleaning it with water. Begin by soaking it in citric acid for approximately 20 minutes, then pour off the soaked water and use the brush attachment in the device to scrub it clean.

(2) If the device won't be used for over 48 hours, please empty the water tank;
(3) Fill the water tank with room temperature water, set the water volume to MAX, and drain the device's stored water. Finally, unplug the power cable.
