If the sound is low when your phone is connected to other Bluetooth headsets, it is recommended that you configure "absolute volume" according to the current Android version of your phone.
Android Q (10) and earlier
1. Go to [Settings] >> [My Device] >> [All Parameters], tap [MIUI version] multiple times, and open the developer options.
2. Go to [Settings] >> [Additional settings] >> [Developer options] and find [Disable absolute volume function]. If the volume is low, it is recommended that you turn this option off.
After completing the above operations, you need to delete the current headset pairing information, then turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and re-pair and reconnect the headset.
Android R (11)
1. Keep your phone connected to your Bluetooth headset.
2. Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> find the paired Bluetooth devices, find [Absolute Volume]. If the volume is low, it is recommended that you turn this option off.
For the latest version of the mobile operating system, please follow the path below to turn it off after connecting your headphones:
Go to [Settings] and select [Bluetooth], tap the arrow icon on the right of the earbuds, go to [Audio], find and disable [Keep volume consistent] to turn off volume synchronization between the phone and the earbuds.
