The REDMI Buds 3 Lite cannot be charged and the indicator light is off.
If the REDMI Buds 3 Lite cannot be charged and the indicator light is off, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether the isolation protective film of the charging PIN (pin) on the earbuds is torn off. If the protective film of the earbuds is not torn off, it cannot be charged;
2. Check whether the earbuds charging contacts are dirty, collapsed, or damaged, clean up the dirt in time, and make sure that the charging contacts and the charging box are in good contact;
3. Charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes to ensure that the headset is activated;
4. Check whether the charging box has electricity, and check whether the charging pin of the charging box is sunken. When the earbuds are placed in the charging box, the white light on the top of the earbuds is always on, indicating that the charging box is charged;
5. After confirming that the above is correct, put the earbuds into the charging box to check whether it is charging normally.
