The band supports sleep monitoring and can record long sleep and sporadic naps, both of which are monitored 24 hours a day. After you wear the band normally and fall asleep, the band can automatically identify the sleep state through the built-in sensor.
Sleep duration of 3 hours or more will be recorded as long sleep, while sleep duration of less than 3 hours will be recorded as sporadic naps (sleep duration of less than 20 minutes may not be recorded).
The band supports high-precision monitoring of sleep throughout the day. When turned on, it can track the rapid eye movement (REM) distribution of sleep, but the battery life of the device will be severely reduced. Both the band and the app can check sleep stages.
Sleep record viewing method: Supports viewing the main sleep record of the day on the band. After the band is connected to the mobile phone to synchronize data, you can click Sleep in the App to view historical sleep data, including day, week, month, and year; sleep distribution, including total sleep duration, awake duration, light sleep duration, and deep sleep duration; and You can view the sleep status at each time point during the daily sleep period. Rapid eye movement (REM) state requires auxiliary sleep monitoring to be turned on to be recorded.
Note: The band is in a relatively quiet state, and there is a movement range similar to that of sleep, which may cause the sensor to judge it as a sleep state, resulting in errors in the time to fall asleep. For example, if sleep miscalculation occurs while watching TV, lying in bed playing with mobile phones, or reading a book, it may be that the range and frequency of movements are relatively small, and the scenes are similar to those during sleep.
