Please keep the band and mobile phone within the Bluetooth connection distance (generally the Bluetooth range in open areas is about 10 meters);
Check whether the band and App are upgraded to the latest version;
In the multitasking window of your Android phone, lock the Mi Fitness App to avoid being cleared.
After reproducing the problem, go to the app to submit user feedback, and then update the feedback to the product support-wearable group, and then it will be synchronously analyzed by R & D.
