a. The phone and the bulb are both connected to the same stable Wi-Fi network.
b. The bulb must be connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, not a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.
c. The system on your device should be Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 or above, and the device should have Wi-Fi.
