Solution:
First we must make sure that our operator supports eSIM service and in that case that it is contracted and activated. To activate this service we just have to follow these steps:
- Settings.
- SIM card and mobile networks.
- We activate the option "Use eSIM".
- Once activated we will see an option that says "Manage eSIM".
- Click on "Add mobile plan".
- Our QR Code reader will open and we will only have to scan the QR code of the contracted sim card.
Note: Activating the eSIM will disable the Sim 2 option
