1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND BENEFICIARIES
This offer is limited to selected Xiaomi smartphones (only applicable to the following specific models: Xiaomi 17/Xiaomi 17 Ultra/Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi) (hereinafter the “Product(s)”) purchased through any Xiaomi official sales channels (online or offline) and activated in the Territory of Singapore (hereinafter the “Territory”). This offer is provided by XIAOMI ELECTRONICS PTE LTD (hereinafter “Xiaomi” or “we”).
Only consumers that have purchased and activated the aforementioned Products are eligible to benefit from this offer (hereinafter “Beneficiaries” or “you”) at the conditions described below.
2. SERVICES
This offer will include the following additional services:
i. Enjoy a 24-month quality assurance (please refer to 4.1.;)
ii. One free screen replacement within 6 months (please refer to 4.2.);
iii. Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Leica Leitzphone Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service (please refer to 4.3.)

(hereinafter, “Services”)
3. PERIOD OF THE SERVICES
3.1 Enjoy a 24-month quality assurance: twenty-four (24) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by end user.
3.2 One free screen replacement within 6 months: six (6) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by end user. The purchase date must be before (06/Mar/2027).
3.3 Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Leica Leitzphone Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service: twenty-four (24) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by end user.
3.4 Users who successfully purchase Xiaomi 17 Ultra or the Leica Leitzphone during the initial sales month (from 01/Mar/2026 to 31/Mar/2026) will receive a one-time replacement right. A one-time replacement right within the warranty period:The validity period of this service commences on the start date of the warranty period and terminates on the end date of the warranty period.
3.5 Door-to-Door Logistics Pickup and Delivery Service for Device Repair:The validity period of this service commences on the start date of the warranty period and terminates on the end date of the warranty period.
3.6 Out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within warranty period :The validity period of this service commences on the start date of the warranty period and terminates on the end date of the warranty period.
3.7 3-month trial of Google AI Pro at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before June 12, 2027, at 11:59 PM (local time).
3.8 3-month trial of YouTube Premium at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (local time).
3.9 4-month trial of Spotify Premium at no cost. The Promotion is available only to Beneficiaries who purchase the eligible device, activate the device, and redeem the offer on or before August 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM (local time).
4. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
4.1 Enjoy a 24-month quality assurance
a) The Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during TWENTY-FOUR (24) months from the date Beneficiaries purchased the Product (hereinafter, “Warranty Period”).
b) If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by Xiaomi within the Warranty Period, Beneficiaries will be eligible to get the Product be repaired or be replaced for free in according to “Warranty” https://www.mi.com/sg/support/warranty/.
c) In the event Beneficiaries enjoy any free warranty services, Beneficiaries are advised to fully “backed-up” and/or delete all personal data before handling the Product to Xiaomi Authorized Service Center. Please note that in the process of any warranty services, the Product content and software settings will be restored to factory settings and all personal data and settings in the Product will not be restored. Xiaomi shall not be liable if the contents in the Product’s data storage media were altered, deleted, or in any way modified during any warranty services.
d) This 24-month warranty service will not apply to the following scenarios and Beneficiaries shall bear the full cost of repairs or materials (charges will be subject to the provisions of Xiaomi or Xiaomi Authorized Service Center):
- damage caused by transportation or loading and unloading during return or replacement or repair;
- damaged caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc. and other phenomena are also included, for example, the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare;
- damage caused by force majeure events such as war, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake or similar events beyond the control of Xiaomi;
- damage caused by the use of non-original batter or battery leakage;
- Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill or warranty card if it is required;
- serial number and/or the IMEI number is inconsistent, damaged or has been removed or tampered;
- the Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
- defect is caused by an unintended use or uses that are contrary to Xiaomi’s or the Xiaomi´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
- defect arises from the Beneficiaries’ own or unauthorized repair/manipulation/alteration/modification, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components on the Product;
- operational problems and malfunctions caused by software installation and configuration or computer viruses;
- weak signal due to telecommunication operator’s service problem;
- the Warranty Period has expired.
4.2 One free screen replacement within 6 months
a) Beneficiaries who purchase the Product between the 01/Mar/2026 and 06/Mar/2027 are eligible for a One-time (1) free screen replacement service during the first six (6) months after the date of first purchase of the Product by the end user, if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by end users (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).
b) If the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center assesses the screen should be replaced, such replacement of the screen shall be free of any charge.
c) In order to benefit from this offer, Beneficiaries must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. Beneficiaries might be requested to provide the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.
Exclusions
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
i. The serial number and/or IMEI number of the Product is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
ii. The Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi;
iii. Damages to the screen are caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
iv. Damages affect only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
v. Damages are incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the end users;
vi. The Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill if it is required;
vii. The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
viii. The defect arises from the Beneficiary’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components.
d) This service is not also applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.
e) Nothing in this offer shall limit Beneficiaries’ rights under the applicable law.
4.3 Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Leica Leitzphone Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service
Beneficiaries who purchased Xiaomi 17 Ultra or the Leica Leitzphone will be eligible for the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service (including repair service and software upgrade service) at the designated service center(s) of Xiaomi in the markets listed in the terms and conditions of Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service for Xiaomi 17 Ultra or the Leica Leitzphone. The services under this international warranty service will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided.

This international warranty service is only available for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the Leica Leitzphone only.
4.4 A one-time replacement right within the warranty period for Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Leica Leitzphone
a) If the Xiaomi 17 Ultra or the Leica Leitzphone is verified by Xiaomi's official after-sales service to have a warranty-covered hardware quality defect, the Beneficiaries shall be entitled to an optional one-time replacement-instead-of-repair service as an additional after-sales benefit, with Xiaomi directly shipping a new device to the user's designated location. This service will not limit Beneficiaries’ statutory right to repair.
b) When using this service, Beneficiaries shall first hand over their old mobile phones to be replaced to Xiaomi's official after-sales service before receiving the new mobile phones for replacement.
c) This service entitlement shall become null and void and unenforceable if the device has any repair records.
d) The replacement-instead-of-repair entitlement is limited to a single use and shall expire immediately after a device replacement is completed under this entitlement.
e) For device replacement, a brand-new device of the same model(same capable and color)will be the primary option.
f) The scope of this warranty service is limited to hardware malfunctions covered by the three guarantees (repair, replacement and refund) provisions. It excludes malfunctions caused by accidental or intentional human damage, including but not limited to falling, collision, extrusion, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly or repair, dents, scratches and loss of components; in addition, the relevant accessories (The charger, data cable, and other items included in the packaging that come with the mobile phone.) of the device must be complete.
g) No replacement-instead-of-repair service shall be provided for battery issues arising from normal wear and tear during use, nor for problems unrelated to electrical performance.
h) The replacement-instead-of-repair service is only available for use in the local market where the mobile phone was purchased.
i) A one-time replacement right within the warranty period is only available for Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the Leica Leitzphone only.
j) This benefit only available in Singapore.
4.5 Door-to-Door Repair Logistics Service
a) Service Content
During the product's warranty period, Beneficiaries are eligible to enjoy the free Door-to-Door Repair Logistics Service provided by Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers, as required for repairs. This service applies exclusively to in-warranty repairs, for which Xiaomi will cover all associated logistics costs.
b) Service Process and Conditions
i. Service Request: Should your product experience a warranty-covered malfunction requiring repair, you may submit a service request by contacting the Xiaomi Official Customer Service Team.
ii. Eligibility Verification: Customer service representatives or the automated system will verify your device purchase documentation, warranty status, and fault description to confirm your eligibility for the Door-to-Door Repair Logistics Service.
iii. Pickup Scheduling: Upon confirmation of eligibility, you may schedule a convenient pickup time and address with either the Customer Service Team or the local Authorized Service Center.
iv. Pickup and Repair Dispatch: A logistics provider designated by Xiaomi will collect the device requiring repair. The device will then be dispatched to Xiaomi Authorized Service Center for inspection and repair.
v. Repair and Return: Following completion of the repair, the Authorized Service Center will return the device to your specified address via the logistics provider.
4.6 Out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within the warranty period
Beneficiaries are eligible for out-of-warranty repair (“OOW Repair”) with free labor cost within the warranty period from the date Beneficiaries purchased the Product (hereinafter, “OOW Repair Period”). Only labor fees can be exempted, other spare parts cost and/or logistic cost shall subject to the respective Xiaomi Authorized Service Centre where the OOW Repair is provided.
A. Mechanism of the OOW repair
For the performance of the out of warranty repair (hereinafter “Repair”), the Beneficiaries will benefit from labor fees for free (spare parts costs and/or logistics costs excluded as better specified under A (i) and A (ii) below).
During the OOW Repair Period, Beneficiaries can make use of the Service in two (2) ways:
i. Take the Product to the front-end Xiaomi Authorized Service Center for on-site repair
Beneficiaries can directly take the Products to one of the Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers as listed on https://www.mi.com/sg/support/service-centre/ for the Repair.
The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will verify the fulfillment of all the conditions imposed for the eligibility of this Service, under the scope of this agreement: ownership and product eligibility.
The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will perform an inspection and provide the Beneficiary with a work estimate for the repair of the Product. The labor cost will already be extracted from this offer. Please note that the cost of spare parts and, if necessary, logistics are not part of this Service and shall be borne by the Beneficiary.
Based on the work estimate, Beneficiaries will decide whether to proceed with the Repair or not. In the latter case, the Products will be returned and the inspection costs will be borne by the Beneficiaries.
ii. Contact the Xiaomi Customer Service via local mi.com for mail-in repair
Beneficiaries can contact Xiaomi Customer Service during the OOW Repair Period through the contact information as listed on https://www.mi.com/sg/support/service-centre/ and apply for the Service.
The Xiaomi Customer Service will ask Beneficiaries to provide invoice of the purchase or delivery bill and IMEI number of the Product, in order to check if the conditions of the Service are fulfilled and arrange mail-in repair.
After the device is arrived at the mail-in repair center, an inspection of the Product will be performed and a detailed offer for the repair of the Product. The labor cost will already be extracted from this offer. Please note that the cost of spare parts and logistics are not part of this Service and shall be borne by the Beneficiary. Beneficiaries can then decide whether to accept the offer and have the Product repaired, or not. In the latter case, the Product will be returned, the inspection costs and logistics fee will be borne by the Beneficiaries.
B. This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
i. The serial number and/or IMEI number is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
ii. The product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
4.7 4-month trial of Spotify Premium at no cost
Offer is valid for new Spotify Premium users only. Offer applies to Spotify Premium Individual except for Indonesia, India, and the United Arab Emirates, wherein the offer applies to Spotify Premium Standard. For the purpose of providing you the Services under this agreement, Xiaomi will act as the data controller and we will collect, store and use your strictly necessary contact information (name, phone number, email address, ID number) and the device information. Please note that we may share also this information with any of our Authorized Service Centers, if necessary.

Please be sure to delete all your files, log out your Xiaomi account and disable your security password when returning the spare phone, including but not limited to your personal and/or confidential documents and data. The User is responsible for: (a) erasing all data (including personal and/or confidential files and data from the User); and (b) making back-up copies of all data you wish to retain, before returning the spare phone to the Authorized Service Center. Xiaomi assumes no responsibility for any data loss and privacy issues caused by your personal documents or data remaining on or not being deleted from the spare phone when you return it back.
5.2. The maintenance of some components may be required for replacement of spare parts. Therefore, the repaired products or parts may not be the original ones.
5.3. This offer is only applicable to the Products described above on clause 1. Other Xiaomi smartphones or products will not be eligible for this offer.
5.4. Please notice following When you enjoy one-time replacement right:

5.4.2. This one-time replacement right offer is only applicable to Xiaomi 17Ultra.
5.5. The Beneficiaries acknowledges that the general terms and conditions described on https://www.mi.com/sg/support/warranty/ remain applicable. In the event of a contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions described on the relevant www.mi.com page, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions are subject to Singapore Law.
6. The Leica Leitzphone powered by Xiaomi enjoys the same benefits as the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
