1. Check if the indoor unit filter or drainage hose is excessively dirty. A dirty filter can restrict airflow, leading to moisture buildup and causing leakage. Clean the indoor unit filter.
2. Please check whether the filter located on the top of the indoor unit is obstructed. For example, do not cover the air conditioner with a cloth.
3. Observe if water droplets occasionally form at the air outlet. This can be due to high humidity in the air, where water vapor condenses when it comes into contact with cold surfaces.
