What to do if the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Pro cannot be charged?

If the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Pro cannot be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. The scooter cannot be charged while it is powered on. If there is no response during charging, turn off the scooter and try again.
2. Make sure the scooter is operating properly and check whether the charger is properly connected to the charging port. A loose connection can prevent charging. Reconnect the charger securely and try again.
3. Check whether the charger is functioning properly. Plug the charger into a power outlet without connecting it to the scooter and observe the indicator. Under normal conditions, the indicator should be green. If the indicator does not light up or shows red, the charger could be faulty.
4. Check whether there is a short circuit in the scooter’s charging port. Under normal conditions, when the charger is disconnected from the power outlet and then plugged into the scooter, the indicator should remain off.
5. If both the charger and charging port appear to be working properly but the scooter still cannot be charged, try using another charger of the same model to determine whether the issue is caused by the original charger.
6. If the scooter has not been used or charged for a long time, the battery may have been over-discharged, which can prevent normal charging.
7. The allowable charging temperature range is 8 °C to 40 °C. If the scooter has been left outdoors for a long time in an environment below 8 °C, charging may fail. Move the scooter indoors and allow the battery temperature to rise before charging again.
8. If the battery is abnormal, charging can fail. You can open the Xiaomi Home App to check the current battery status and review the battery health information.
9. If the scooter still cannot be charged after performing all the above steps, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
