If the REDMI 13x shows "This device is not certified by Play Protect" after the update, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Go to Google Play Store, clear the cache and data, then do the same for Google Play services and Google Services Framework. Restart the phone and open the Google Play Store to allow the system to automatically re-verify the device certification.
2. Make sure that Google Play Store, Google Play services, and Google Services Framework are all updated to the latest versions, then restart the device to complete the verification process.
3. Check system updates and install any available system patches or follow-up updates, as these will include fixes related to Google Play certification.
4. If the device has used an unofficial system or experienced abnormal updates, please back up your data and restore factory settings to regain Google Play Protect certification.
5. If none of the above works, contact your local after-sales service center for assistance.
Note:
This message does not mean the device is counterfeit or damaged. Before certification is restored, some Apps, such as banking or payment Apps, will not function properly. Using unofficial tools to modify the certification status is not recommended.
