2. The device has a Child lock function. If the Child lock is enabled, the buttons on the air purifier will be disabled, and pressing them will have no effect. You can do this either by pressing and holding the mode button for 7 seconds on the device or by turning off the Child lock through the Xiaomi Home App.
3. Restart the device by powering it off, waiting for a while, and turning it back on.
4. Make sure the device is not performing a firmware update, as button functions can be temporarily disabled during updates.
