Why can’t the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 Plus be accelerated after being turned on?
If the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 Plus can’t be accelerated after being turned on, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Please check whether there is a red flashing wrench icon on the dashboard and whether there is a red flashing number on the speedometer. If so, please contact the local after-sales service department. If not, try to release the accelerator, kick to start to a speed of no less than 5km/h (factory default value), and then press the accelerator;
2. Please push the scooter after turning off. If you feel obvious resistance on the rear wheel, it will be a motor problem. Please contact the local after-sales service department;
3. If the above methods can’t solve the issue, it will be caused by controller faulty, excessive battery over-discharge or other faulty. Please contact the local after-sales service department.
