What to do if the buttons on the Xiaomi Smart Inverter Dehumidifier fail to work?

If the buttons fail to work, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. You can unplug the power plug, plug it back in, and then power it back on to see if there is any display. If it still cannot be operated, please contact after-sales service;
2. The dehumidifier has a Child lock function. If the Child lock is on, then pressing the buttons on the dehumidifier will not work. You need to disengage the Child lock function before you can operate the buttons on the dehumidifier. Disconnecting the power supply and re-powering or resetting the Wi-Fi will also disengage the lock. If the water full indicator blinks continuously, all buttons except the On/Standby button are disabled and the operation can continue when the water level returns to normal or the tank assembly is restored to place.
