Please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Unpair the earbuds, re-search for them, and reconnect;
2. If the sound is still low after reconnecting, adjust the volume by sliding up on the touch control area;
3. Some phones have an absolute volume feature enabled. It is recommended that you enable volume synchronization between the earbuds and the phone in the Bluetooth settings;
4. If the earbuds battery is low, the earbuds will automatically lower the volume to save power. Please check the earbuds battery to make sure it is fully charged. If the battery is low, charge it and try again.
