Why cannot take a photo on the phone using the REDMI Watch 5 Active?
If you cannot use the remote control phone photography function, please check the following settings:
1. Check whether the watch and Bluetooth are in pairing status;
2. If it is already in pairing status, please check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is connected to more than one Bluetooth device. If it is connected to more than one Bluetooth device, please disconnect some of the devices and try again;
3. Check if the watch is used as an input device on your Xiaomi phone: [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> tap the icon on the right side of the Bluetooth >> check whether the [Input device] option is turned on.
