Why can't I receive an email with a verification code?

Check the spam folder of your inbox. Our verification codes are always sent from Mi Account's official email address.

Check whether you've added account-service@xiaomi.com to your email's blocklist. If so, unblock it.

Make sure your recovery email is still in service. If this email account no longer exists, reset your recovery email.

If none of the methods described above work for you, the email we sent might have been blocked by your corporate server. Contact your system administrator.
