Solution:
1. Confirm whether the account is logged in correctly: whether the ID and other information displayed in the account details of the Mi Cloud on the mobile phone are the same as those displayed in the Mi Account on the web page. It is recommended to use the Mi account to log in.
2. After the mobile phone photos are synchronized, log in to the cloud to view the photos. If the network is poor or there are too many photos, the upload may not be successful.
3. If the account is known by others, you can check whether there are other devices in the connected devices of i.mi.com, if so, delete it and change the password.
4. Whether there are albums shared by others in Xiaomi Cloud albums, if the sharer cancels the sharing, the albums will disappear.
5. Xiaomi Cloud albums only store photos. If there is no gallery or recycle trash, no matter if it is deleted by mistake or not uploaded successfully, from a technical point of view, the photos cannot be recovered.
