Troubleshooting
Error1: Please make sure there is no shielding on the laser ranging sensor
Solutions: The laser rangefinder is occluded or stuck by a foreign object. Please clear the occluded object or foreign object.If it cannot be cleared, please move the host to a new location to start.
Error2: Please clean and tap the collision buffer
Solutions: Collision buffer is stuck, please tap repeatedly to remove foreign body.If no foreign body, please move to a new position to start.
Error3: Please move the host to a new location to start
Solutions: Wheel is suspended, please move to a new position to start.
Error4: Please wipe the cliff sensor away from the cliff and start
Solutions: Host is suspended, please move to a new position to start.If Cliff sensor is too dirty,it may also cause this fault, please wipe the cliff sensor.
Error5: Please remove the main brush and clean the bristles and bearings
Solutions: The main brush may be entangled with foreign matter, please remove the main brush and bearing and clean.
Error6: Please remove and clean the edge brush
Solutions: The edge brush may be entangled with foreign objects. Please remove the edge brush and clean it.
Error7: Please check whether the main wheel is stuck in a foreign body and move to a new position to start
Solutions: Main wheel may be entangled with foreign body, please clean and restart.
Error9: Please install the dust box and filter screen
Solutions: Please install the dust box and filter, and confirm that the filter and dust box are installed in place.If an error is still reported after installation, please try to replace the filter screen.
Error10: Clean or replace the strainer
Solutions: The strainer may be clogged, please clean the strainer or replace the strainer if it cannot be solved.
Error11: Strong magnetic field detected, please reboot away from the virtual wall
Solutions: The host is too close to the virtual wall during startup. Please move to a new location to start.
Error12: The battery is low, please charge it
Solutions: Power is low, please charge it before use.
Error13: Charging is abnormal, please try to clean the charging contact area
Solutions: Please wipe the charging contact and the charging base of the host machine with a dry cloth to charge the shrapnel.
Error14: Battery abnormal
Solutions: If the battery temperature is too high or too low, please wait until the battery temperature is normal before using.
Error15: Please wipe the sensor along the wall
Solutions: The sensor along the wall is covered by dust. Please wipe the sensor along the wall.
Error16: Please place the host on a horizontal ground and start
Solutions: The tilt of the main engine is detected during startup. Please place the main engine on a horizontal ground and restart it.
Error17: The edge brush module is abnormal. Please try to reset the system
Solutions: The edge brush module doesn't work properly. Please try to reset the system.
Error18: The vacuum fan is abnormal, please try to reset the system
Solutions: The vacuuming fan doesn’t work properly. Please try to reset the system.
Error19: The charging base is not energized. Please make sure the power cord is plugged in
Solutions: The power cord of the charging block may not be properly plugged in. Please plug in the power cord first and then try recharging.
Error24: Restricted area or virtual wall detected, please move the host out of this area
Solutions: Move the host out of the virtual wall area and reboot.
Error25: Please clean the visual positioning sensor
Solutions: Please wipe the vision sensor and restart it.
Internal Error, please try to reset the system
Solutions: An internal Error was detected and cannot continue working. Please try to reset the system.
Tip: Resetting the system can rule out some exceptions.
Frequently ask questions
1. Unable to boot
The battery power is low, please lean on the charging base to charge before use;
If the battery temperature is too low or too high, please use it at 0℃ ~ 40℃.
2. Unable to charge
The charging base is not energized. Please confirm whether both ends of the power cord of the charging base have been plugged in.
Poor contact, please clean the shrapnel of the charging seat and the charging contact of the host.
3. Slow charging speed
When used in high or low temperature environment, the main machine automatically reduces the charging speed in order to prolong the battery life.
4. It cannot be recharged
There are too many obstacles around the charging base. Please put the charging base in the open area.
The host is too far away from the charging base, please put the host near the charging base to try.
5. Behavioral abnormalities
Turn off the machine and restart the machine.
6. There is abnormal noise when cleaning
Main brush, side brush or wheel may be entangled with foreign matter, please clean after shutdown.
7. Decline in cleaning ability or ash drop
The dust box is full, please clean the dust box;
The strainer has been blocked, please clean the strainer;
The main brush is entangled with foreign matter. Please clean the main brush.
8. Unable to return to the charging base after moving the position
After moving the position in a long distance, the host will regenerate the map. If the charging base is too far away, it may not be able to charge back automatically. Please manually put the host back to the charging base for charging.
9. Continue to clean from the break point
Please make sure that the host is not in Do Not Disturb mode. This mode will not continue to clean.
Manually charge back or put the host back to the charging base will not continue to sweep.
10. Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi function is not active. Please reset the Wi-Fi and try again.
Wi-Fi signal is not good, please ensure that the host is in a good Wi-Fi signal coverage area;
Wi-Fi connection is abnormal. Reset the Wi-Fi and download the latest phone client to try to connect again.
11. Timed cleaning doesn't take effect
Low power, the remaining power is more than 20% will start regular cleaning.
12. Whether it consumes power when it in the charging dock
Power consumption is extremely low when the host is always in the charging dock, which helps to keep the battery at its best performance.
13. Do you need to charge for 16 hours for the first three uses
Lithium-ion batteries have no memory effect when they are charged, so there is no need to wait 16 hours when they are fully charged.
14. There is no water or less water in the mop module
Please check whether there is water in the water tank and clean the mop.
Please install the mop correctly according to the instructions.
15. The water output of the mop module is too large
Please confirm that the tank cover is in place.
16. The battery is low during cleaning and the charge is returned without further scanning
Please make sure that the host is not in Do Not Disturb mode. This mode will not continue scanning.
Manually charge back or put the host back to the charging base will not continue to sweep.
17. Unable to return to the charging base after moving the position
After moving the position, the host will be repositioned. If the positioning fails, the map will be generated again. If the charging base is too far away, it may not be able to charge back, please manually put the host back to the charging base.
