A：It doesn't have built-in batteries, it need to be connected to the power cord, the power can be switched on automatically.

Note: Please be sure to use the original power adapter, the non-original adapter may affect the stability of the power supply, affect the normal use of the speaker.

A:It can be shut down by unplugging the power adapter.If you are afraid of being disturbed, it is recommended to disable the microphone instead of shutting it down (touch the button at the top of the speaker - disable the microphone).

 

A:At the same time, hold down the volume + - key for 5 seconds to restore factory Settings.

A:Pink: Microphone disabled

Orange: Configuration mode, network disconnected

Red: System failure

Blue light flashes: system upgrade

 

A：WiFi of 2.4GHz/5GHz frequency band。

A：The speaker can only connect to one WIFI at a time, but the WIFI that has been connected will be recorded in the list of the speaker to facilitate the replacement of the connection to WIFI again.

First of all, you need to make sure you don't operate the speaker at will, or disconnect the phone's Bluetooth.

If the distribution network still fails, you can follow the following steps to check:

1) Check whether the router password is entered correctly;

2) Put the router and speaker as close as possible without walls;

3) Find another mobile phone, turn on the hot spot of the mobile phone (ensure that the data flow of the mobile phone is sufficient and the signal is above 3G), let the speaker connect to the personal hot spot opened by the mobile phone, and check whether there is a router compatibility and network problem;

4) Some routers may have compatibility problems. At this time, please modify the SSID (wireless network name) and password in the router management background. It is recommended to use a combination of pure letters and numbers, and also check the black-and-white list of routers.After that, reset the speaker, restart the Bluetooth of the phone, and conduct network configuration;

5) Modify the DNS service in the router Settings, change the DNS address to 180.76.76.76, and try the configuration again.

 

When MI Smart speakers are difficult to wake up, they should be checked from the following two aspects:

Speaker placement Suggestions:

1) It is not recommended to place the speaker in a position that is too far from the horizontal plane of the pronunciation position, such as the top of a high shelf or the ground, which will lead to low wake-up probability and recognition efficiency;

2) It is not recommended to place the speaker in the corner, because the echo and reverberation are large near the wall, which will interfere with the work of the speaker and lead to the reduction of wake-up and recognition efficiency.Suggest to put the sound box in a slightly empty position.

Wake up Suggestions:

3) It is recommended to wake up within an appropriate distance (1-5 meters);

4) Speak at a normal speed and sound volume;

5) Speak words clearly;

6) Play music too loudly, making it difficult to wake up.

If the above description is confirmed, but it is still difficult to wake up, please check as follows:

1. Check the firmware version of the speakers to ensure the firmware is up to date.

2. If the firmware is up to date, try to restore factory Settings and restart the speaker.

3. If the above steps still cannot be solved, users can be guided to apply for after-sales service.

 

A：1.Mi Smart Speaker supports Bluetooth 4.2 protocol. After the Speaker is initially bound with the Mi account, it can play music through Bluetooth connection.

2. MI Smart Speaker has Bluetooth Mesh Gateway function, which can realize the linkage between more Bluetooth devices and other devices.

 

A:If you encounter this problem, you can check one by one according to the following two contents:

1) When your device has been paired with a Bluetooth speaker, there will be a relevant connection record. Your device may be automatically connected to Bluetooth to play the music content within the device;

2) When the bluetooth of the speaker is not turned off, your speaker may be connected by someone else through bluetooth to play music content.

1) First, check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on in the Settings of Mobile Phone - Settings - Bluetooth - Open Bluetooth;

2) Try to replace the connection of other mobile phones or devices, if you still can't find it, it may be bound by other people or unknown devices, cancel the binding with the device, and then use it;

3) Wi-Fi in the 2.4GHz frequency band has strong interference with Bluetooth, and electronic devices with Bluetooth function also have strong interference with Bluetooth. Please try to avoid such interference;

4) The Bluetooth system of the mobile phone may fail. Please restart the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and retry the connection;

5) You can restart or reset the speaker to try.

A：When the speaker cannot be connected to the iPhone, check as follows:

1) If it is the first time to connect, please confirm that the speaker has been initialized and bound to the Mi account.

2) The iPhone connected the speaker before, and if the speaker is restored to the factory Settings, the iPhone will also be unable to connect the speaker.If the connection still fails, you can restart the phone and try restarting the speaker.

A：Please check the following items:

1) Confirm if music is online or local when playing on your phone.If it is online music, because of the network speed, cache and other issues resulting in playing time lag;

2) Whether the distance between the input end and the speaker is too far.It is generally believed that the effective transmission distance of bluetooth is 10m. If the distance is too far or separated by a wall, bluetooth playback will lag.

3) Whether there are multiple devices connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi in the room. Bluetooth uses the 2.4GHz frequency band for communication. If there are many devices in this frequency band, strong interference will be generated;

4) If there is no problem above, please try to re-switch the Bluetooth at the input end and reconnect.
