Solution:
.Firstly, check whether there is something wrong with the charger. The charger is plugged in and not connected to the body of the car. Observe whether the indicator light of the charger is on or red (normally green).
.If there is no problem with the charger, then check whether there is a short circuit problem at the charging port.
.If there is a short circuit problem, disconnect the power supply connected to the charger, plug it into the car body, and the charger indicator light will show green or not.
.If there is no problem with the charger and the charging port, or the charge cannot be charged, it may be caused by the over-discharge of the battery. It is recommended to place the charging attempt for a long time,
.If it is still invalid, please contact the local after-sales service center for inspection.
