Solutions:
1. Uninstall the mobile phone driver on the computer side, reinstall it, and temporarily close the firewall and anti-virus software on the computer side.
2. Try to replace the power cord and the computer interface, such as the USB interface at the back of the case.
3. Try to change a computer. If the phone keeps restarting and freezes, go to the after-sales center for inspection.
