Solution:
1. Check whether Mi Home APP and the device firmware need to be updated.
2. Please use the special memory card produced by the regular manufacturer for dash cam or camcorder.
3. Please confirm that a memory card meeting the requirements has been installed in the camera. The camera without the memory card cannot store video and watch the historical video.
4. If the memory card does not record, or the memory card cannot automatically cycle and delete files, it is suggested to format the memory card in the storage Settings of the camera APP plug-in.
5. If the memory card cannot be formatted in the APP, it is suggested to format the memory card on the computer through the card reader.After formatting, disconnect the camera and reload the memory card.
6. Replace the memory card.
Note: Files in the memory card will be deleted after formatting.
