Solution:
1. Change other resources to play and watch. If other resources play normally, it will be the problem of movies/music played by users;
2. Connect the two red and white plugs of AV line to see whether the noise is also switched. If it is also switched, there is no problem with the sound itself, which may lie in the AV line or the audio output equipment (TV /DVD, etc.).
3. Check whether the connection wire is fully inserted into the interface and re-insert the wire. If there is a virtual connection, there may be no sound or noise.
4. Replace of wire.
5. If there is still this problem with the replacement of other equipment or the replacement of video source, it may be the problem of Mi TV audio. It is suggested to the after-sales for inspection.
