1.Q: What items can be associated with my Mi Account?

A: 1.Recovery info: phone number, email address, and security questions. 2.Third-party accounts: Google, Facebook, and Apple ID.

 

2.Q: How can I check which third-party accounts are associated with my Mi Account?

A: To check the third-party accounts associated with your Mi Account on a Xiaomi device, go to Settings > Mi Account > Accounts. On a computer, open your web browser and visit id.mi.com. Sign in and select "Accounts & permissions" to view all the third-party accounts associated with your Mi Account. In a mobile browser, visit id.mi.com. Sign in and select "Accounts & permissions" to view all the third-party accounts associated with your Mi Account.

 

3.Q: Why can't I add a third-party account?

A: Here are the possible reasons: One third-party account can only be associated with one Mi Account. You might not be able to add a third-party account when it's already associated with another Mi Account.

 

4.Q: How do I remove a third-party account?

A: 1. Xiaomi devices Sign in and go to Settings > Mi Account > Accounts, select the account you want to remove, and tap "Disconnect".

2. Computers Visit id.mi.com, sign in to your Mi Account, open "Accounts & permissions", select the account you want to remove, and click "Remove".

3. Mobile web browsers Visit id.mi.com, sign in to your Mi Account, open "Accounts & permissions", select the account you want to remove, and tap "Remove".
