Solutions:
First of all, confirm that the mobile phone system and bluetooth version meet the using conditions, open the bluetooth function of the mobile phone, directly open and log in the App, and then operate the connection.You can use the MI Home APP or Ninebot APP to connect.
The steps are as follows:
1. MI Home APP:
After starting up the scooter, enter Mi Home app-> and click "add +" button in the upper right corner - > manually add (or select search nearby devices) - > select Mi Electric Scooter (press the power button to pair).
Note: If the scooter has set the vehicle password, other mobile phones can also be found and connected, but after the connection will be prompted to enter the password, if the password is wrong, you can not control the scooter.
2. Segway-Ninebot:
Enter Segway-Ninebot and click search devices->After completion of the search, the name of the vehicle waiting for the connection will appear->click the vehicle name and start to connect->it will appear main inerface after connect successfully.
Note: After Ninebot App updating to the latest version, App is renamed as: Segway-Ninebot.
