When encountering abnormal or inaccurate PM2.5 readings, first check whether the laser particle sensor compartment cover on the back of the purifier is dirty or blocked;
If so, carefully open the sensor compartment cover using a non-sharp tool. Use a blower or air gun (do not use hot air) to clean the mesh and sensor inside. You can also gently clean the sensor mesh with a used toothbrush dipped in water, then let it dry completely before reinstalling and testing again;
If cleaning does not resolve the issue, please contact after-sales support for professional assistance;
Note that different purifiers in the same environment can show varying values due to differences in sensor height and other environmental factors;
Testing with smoke at different levels and running in sleep mode can help identify if the sensor is faulty. If the error grows linearly, the sensor can be defective, if it stays within a certain range, the values are considered normal.
