If the Redmi 14C won't turn on, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds and try to turn it on. If the battery level is above 4%, it should turn on;
If the battery level is too low, charge it for at least 30 minutes and then try to turn it on;
Press and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart and see if the phone restarts.
If the Redmi 14C won't charge, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
To rule out an issue with the charging cable, use a different cable and the original charger;
Check that the charging port is clean. If not, clean it and see if the problem persists;
Use a standard charger; other brands can not match the power specifications of the Redmi 14C. Chargers with a power rating lower than the actual power rating of the phone will slow down the charging process.
If the above troubleshooting doesn't work, this issue can be caused by a hardware failure. Over-discharging can permanently damage the battery. Charging failure can also occur if the phone is over-discharged or hasn't been charged for an extended period. Please visit our local official after-sales center for further assistance.
