What to do if the door of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg cannot be opened?

To open the door of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg, conditions are required as follows:
  1. The washing machine reaches a safe water level;
  2. The temperature inside the washing machine reaches a safe temperature. When the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg completes the program, if the internal temperature is too high, please wait for the temperature to drop before opening the door;
  3. Remote control is off.
If the door still cannot be opened, please follow the steps below:
  1. Select the Dry program, drain the water inside the washing machine, press the Pause button again and open the door;
  2. If the internal temperature is high, please wait for the temperature to drop before opening the door;
  3. Check if the remote control is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the remote control is turned on;
  4. If you cannot wait long enough, open the Drain Pump Filter Cover and unplug the emergency Drain Hose to drain the water;
  1. In case of emergency, you can open the door by pulling down the emergency release cord with a tool.

The emergency release cord is for use in emergencies. Please do not use it in non-emergency situations.
