Instructions on using an email address already linked to a Xiaomi Account to register a new Xiaomi Account
To use an email address that is already associated with an existing Xiaomi Account for registering a new account, you should delete your account permanently. Once the old account has been completely deleted, you can go to the Xiaomi Account registration page and use the same email address to create a new account.
