Notes and Details about the Prices

1.     The prices stated above are in [MAD] and are shown including-tax/VAT.

2.     The prices listed in this page are purely Xiaomi's indicative estimates, which may be different from the repairs quotation for your device offered by the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center, because Xiaomi is not allowed to and will not influence the prices that Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers may offer in the context of their independent relationship with you.

3.     The spare parts available on this page will remain available on the local market for a period of: 2 years.

4.     After inspecting your device, Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will decide and inform the customer of the total costs by email (for mail-in repair). The total costs will include labor expenses, spare parts prices and round trip (2-way) shipping costs (if it's a mail-in repair). The repair will only be initiated after the client’s explicit and written agreement to the quotation and the related service conditions.

5.     If the quotation and the relevant terms of services are accepted by the customers, the repair process will begin and the quotation will be legally binding in accordance with the provisions of local laws.

6.     In case the device has been sent to Xiaomi Authorized Service Center, but the quotation has been rejected by the customer, the inspection fee and the round trip (2-way) shipping costs (if it's a mail-in repair), decided by the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center and communicated previously according to Paragraphs 4 and 5, shall still be paid by the customer, after which the customer can get the device back or the device will be sent back to the customer (for mail-in repair).

7.     The repair services we provide are strictly limited to official products intended for the Moroccan market, sold through authorized channels or directly by Xiaomi. We reserve the right to reject any request for repair or service of products that do not meet the required criteria, in compliance with applicable laws.

8.     In order to save your time, before you head to Xiaomi Authorized Service Center, it is recommended to call the service center first to confirm the availability of spare parts for the provided service.
